After login, browser goes directly to step 3 of subscription process. I have never been able to complete the subscription as explained here previously. I finally gave up. How can sign up account be deleted?

@Yannick333 You can also try uninstalling the app wait 15 mins and reinstall the app log back in and try make payment again and it should work . Certainly worth a try while you wait for support

No I am stuck on the payment page. Cannot go passed that. Will see if PM support get back to me.

hi @Yannick333 the problem is because yiu have been using browser
to activate, you will need to use the Public Mobile app. Download and login and complete the activation with the app
if you need agent help to cancel account or refund, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@Yannick333 And are you trying to activate on the APP not website ?? All activations need the app . If still no luck and want to cancel please submit ticket with support
