Have 90 day plan it's not working saying I need to add funds

So I i have the 90 plan 18 g plan for 150 what ever it is I used all my data and my plan was not due till Oct and now it's saying I must top up again i didn't think once you ran out of data that they would shut your service off now I'm out the money and I have to go add more time I'm a personal
Support worker I need to have my phone on at all times so my company and clients can reach me. Very annoying that I have to put more money on my phone

typiclly PM and mods are very good at akingthing right, but i do not know your exact situaton so i am not sure what they will do.

Yeah, it seems like this problem is pretty pervasive at this point. Will have to wait and see I guess....

You're not alone in this - there appears to be an issue going on with the system that is prematurely suspending accounts that is affecting multiple users (myself included).
