So I i have the 90 plan 18 g plan for 150 what ever it is I used all my data and my plan was not due till Oct and now it's saying I must top up again i didn't think once you ran out of data that they would shut your service off now I'm out the money ...
so I have no net left I want to change to the 18 gb over 90 days can I change it or do the mods have to thanks
I have been trying to get into my account to change the plan and I got locked out tried to reset password and I still can't in very frustrated please help.
Someone please help new customer trying to transfer from wind I had a problem setting up my account because it was stuck on the payment processing page. After it loaded, it said there was a problem setting up the account so I went ahead and redid it....
