Account Status: Plan Expired but just paid for three months when I signed up only 17 days ago

I am getting asked for a monthly payment but I just paid for the 3 months two weeks ago. My account is showing as suspended and is asking for a monthly payment. My earlier transactions are showing on public mobile and my credit card as paid. How can I resolve this?
