Hi, I need proof of residency in my province for ID. They asked for a piece of mail from my service provider (phone). I use Public. How do I get a paper copy of anything (Bill, statement, invoice, whatever, I need something for proof). Thank you so much

The Province may not use the PM bill as there is no verification that it is actually true. I know in other situations it hasn't work for proof of residency

NOPE! Taxes are based on the province that your phone number belongs to.
If it was as per you profile address, then everyone would live in Alberta.
To avoid SIm Jacking some have some made up stuff in their profile. If you do, make sure yiu record it in the event that you need to verify yourself.

I imagine PM uses the address info you provide to be able to add provincial tax if you select autopay.

HI @Lux actually you can update your address in the My Account portal. It is not a requirement, but you can

Go into your My Account and update your name and address.
Then search your usage for 30 days and download it.
Then print the downloaded PDF file.
The question is.....is it acceptable.?

HI@cjs250 For the bill, you can try to download it to the PDF format in My Account. It has name and address there, so it might be useful for your need
If not, open ticket with PM CS agent and they will prepare it for you. But it will take 2 or 3 weeks. So, order them every couple months
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : I need a one-time invoice sent to me
It will give you some options and one of them is "I need a one-time invoice sent to me", click on it,
Then click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

I do not believe that you had to provide your address when you went with Public Mobile so they probably don't have your address.
