Plan didn't come out right

Bee17

Hi. My current plan is the $35 plan. On the 27th my plan renewed and the $35 came out. My phone just stopped working for phone calls so I checked my account. When my plan was to renew they took $15 and left the other $20 in my account. So it gave me 100 minutes of calling and $5 worth of data. So now I can't make phoen calls and I have hardly no data. I did not want that plan I wanted my $35 plan. I would like this to be fixed. Thanks

It sounds like either an inadvertent plan change on your end or a glitch in PM's system. Either way a CSA should be able to manually get you on to the $35 plan and have the funds cover it from your available balance.

HI @Bee17

did you ever attempt and make a plan change to the $15 plan?

And it was $35 plan? or you were on $15 plan and tried to make a plan change to the $35 plan?

It is not too many days into your cycle, maybe PM CS agent can still fix it by changing it to the$35 plan for you.  Please open ticket with them:
