Hi,
i applied public new connection services, i ordered online services so sim card should be delivered at my address. And after sim card delivery i can start my public mobile services, but i didnt get sim card. How i can contact and track where is my sim card.

I got mine (in Toronto) in 3 days, I ordered December 30th. Maybe wait a bit longer and then submit a ticket

Consider postage backlog due to strike so delivery might take (way) longer than usual. SIM goes by regular mail so no tracking.

when you placed the order? Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

@Abhilash1 Sorry there’s no tracking , but it should arrive with in 10 business days , and even if you pre paid for the plan it won’t begin until you have SIM card in hand and activate it in the public mobile app . So you won’t lose money no worries . If you want one sooner you can go to Telus Koodo store and but on and keep the other as a spare
