Hi,

I signed up for a plan with physical SIM card on Jan 1st but has not received the SIM card yet? What's the normal expected delivery? It's been 12 days for me

@Innis  Check first with customer service, they may agree to reimburse you.

I signed up on 26/12, but I still have not received it today.  May order at amazon but need to pay extra for a sim..sigh!

@YSL0108  I've paid for the SIM card, not planning to pay for it more than once. But thanks for the info!

They usually say to check with customer service if it hasn't arrived within 10 business days, which means you have a couple more days to go.  You can open a ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page, if that doesn't work send them a private message using this link and ask about the status.  Also ask about getting a sim card at a Telus/Koodo store or Mobile Klinik because they may offer to reimburse you.

@YSL0108

it could take anywheres to 3 weeks for it to arrive via Canada Post. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area,  they have the PM sims for about $10. Amazon has'em for underf $5 with Fast shipping...free  shipping if you or someone you know has Amazon Prime account .

@YSL0108 since it's been more than 10 days I would reach out to a support agent to see what they can do.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)
