Hi,
I have bought a plan and at the account activation my account was already blocked due to unresolved payment issue. I then had to buy a new plan in order to use the service and now need a refund. How can actually best communicate this to Public Mobile? I can't figure it out. Please Help.

@Morris123 what unsolved payment issues?? did you make a chaege back from the credit card side??
