So awhile ago I was trying to set up my account I paid for the plan but I never activated as it used the wrong email and ended up making a whole other account. How would I go obtaining the funds for service I never used and have it put on my account now? If that makes sense to anyone. If needing further clarification feel free to ask as I'm unsure about how to go about this
