Get error when I try to login to my account

Need to change my payment info. When I go to Account I get sent here:

@tyee  You could get a vanilla pre paid credit card to activate . Then update it the card on website when it’s up and running again or buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas and load them in your account *611 after your activated and never use your personal credit card at all

yes, I'm good with that, it's just that I do not want to enter my credit card into my phone.

@tyee  You need the app to activate sim with public mobile anyways . One cannot activate on the website ever since the app came out

And sim card delivery could be as many as 3 weeks but usually around 1 week.  Maybe just couple more days

The website is currently down. Public Mobile is working on a resolution. Please try again later or tomorrow.

Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .but if it’s been more then 10 business  days reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

I need help to log in to my account. It mentions unauthorized access when l try to log in. 
Also l ordered a SIM card which l paid and it’s been 5 business days and l still didn’t receive it. 
Need help

I've tried to login to my account on my phone and laptop, different browsers, and the I get a message saying:

but since you changed your password if you still can’t log into app get support to help @Benjamin007  if needed 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

I've changed my password and have also tried logging in on different devices.. Same thing. I've never had such a hard time trying to give a company money before.

 

hi @BU_1  PM app is Public Mobile app, you can download from app store 

611 is to call *611 from your PM phone

What is a PM app. What is 611? I have a working credit card, want to go into my account page on my computer and change, update my credit card.

message: "unauthorised" No gui on the Public Mobile web page. Can receive email notification. Don't know what 2FA notification means. Don't know what PM app means. My computer remembers passwords automatically.

this the second time a valid visa card on file did not take, only this time I cannot even sign in to look.  No matter what browser I use (Safari, Google Chrome or Firefox) or my cell phone, after entering my details and password, I get a blank page with

...frustrating as anything because I have no idea who to contact, if that's even a possibility with this company.  Never did figure that part out.  Links for help that were provided by Public Mobile are coming up as ERROR 404.  In other words, unavailable. 

If I can't get this fixed or can't contact anyone, I'll be changing to another provider.

You can't update credit card via 611.  You will need to access your self service account via website or PM app.

If account suspended, you should still be able to access your account.  Did you forget your password?  Are you unable to receive 2FA text authorization?  If you can't receive text, you should be able to receive email 2FA authorization to get into your account.  

hi @BU_1 PM is having problems with My Account, please download PM app and try login and update credit card there

if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

Can't log in. Service suspended. Lost my credit card. Want to update my new credit card info on my computer.
Don't understand 611 instructions. Don't want to use my phone to update online. Elderly here. This senior wants to see large fonts on my computer. Help!!
