my husband account cannot log in, he used the previous password to login, it not success, so he tried forgot password and reset, but after gave the code on his phone , and type in the systems, the screen go back to ask you type your phone# or email to create a code, we did several times and days, cause every time we tried so many time, it will logged out, we cannot try again, if my husband cannot log in , how can he ask questions? even he cannot sign in in community.

@animal1 Just answer supports questions on you husband’s behalf and they can help you guys get it to his account again
