Hello, We signed up for the $35.00 plan (total $39.20) only to find out that we couldn't activate it because currently we are not in Canada. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.

Sadly no. You have to be in Canada to activate an account as far as I know. While activating, it will recognize the IP address saying it isn't a Canadian one. You MAY be able to use a VPN on the phone with a Canadian IP address but the catch is this... you'd be either paying for at least one month, then you'd have to turn off autopay. Then you'd have 89 days to start it back up again, the same plan/number that is. If you miss the deadline, that plan/number will be lost.

hi @PaulaStoffels when are you coming back? if you activated with a physical sim and waiting for PM to send you the sim card, you can hold on to complete the activation until you are back in Canada and the cycle won't start until you complete the activation. Maybe that is a choice for you instead of asking for a refund
