I apply to change my plan back during Boxing Day for the plan, and chose to change it upon renewal, which was a few days ago. There was a confirmation on the subscription and add-ons screen to that new plan when I did it. However, when I checked today, it did not change to that plan. Who do I talk to about rectifying this?

Check on the PM app if the new plan was added into your account.
If not, contact a CS_Agent for them to investigate the problem.

Where were charged differently? The old plan price or new plan price?
The website has caching issues. First, try to clear cache, incognito mode or a different web browser. Or try a different device or the PM app itself.
