Assuming that a new plan change is going to be scheduled, there isn't any need to cancel the previously scheduled changed. In scheduled plan change request submitted before any previously requested scheduled plan change will automatically replace the first request.

Contact agent using the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up by CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type TICKET, then follow prompts. Link to create a ticket will be presented.
The other option is to schedule plan change and be on existing for a 30 days and then move to plan you wanted.

The sooner you contact a customer agent the better, if you want any chance of reversing the charge and making the correct change on renewal. Plans can change availability at any time.
