Hello, We signed up for the $35.00 plan (total $39.20) only to find out that we couldn't activate it because currently we are not in Canada. Please cancel my subscription and refund my money.
We were trying to activate with an e-sim and will not be back to Canada till May or so. Will it still activate that package and only start charging us monthly once the account is activated in Canada?
