There is a fraudulent charge of $56.50 CDN by Public Mobile on my Visa pending transactions. I do not have an account with Public Mobile and have never used Public Mobile. Please explain how this charge appeared and what you intend to do about it.

If you do not have any service from Telus/Koodo/PublicM then somebody get hold on your CC details.
If you absolutely sure nobody is supposed to use your CC to pay bills at above companies, ask your credit card company for chargeback. They will investigate and if confirm your request is valid will refund you.

@beeyah , is it possible that your visa card has been compromised? Someone might have obtained your card number. It is worthwhile asking a CSA to investigate to at least know which account is using your card.

HI @beeyah you sure no one in your family using PM and might have used your card?
Also, do you have Koodo or Telus service? They sometimes use a different system to take the charge
If you are sure it is not a valid charge, you can simply call the credit card for a charge back
But if you want to dig deeper, open ticket with PM CS agent and they can investigate:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Contact your card company to report the fraudulent charge.
If you happen to use Telus or Koodo, perhaps it's just a mislabelled charge instead.

First, ensure that you haven't given some permission to use your card. If you haven't done that, and since you don't have a business relationship with Public Mobile, call your bank and file a chargeback and inform your card issuer that you need the card replaced with one for a different card number.
