@Bernard88 - if you know you signed up for an account before, try the Forgot your Password option for possible emails:

of course these will only work if currently you have access to these emails.
Remember to check your spam/junk folder.
If you never created a My Account/Self Serve account before then you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
in fact you can check to see an account is already registered by entering your phone number, just to see.
If an account is already created you will see this message:

If you signed up with this public community forum at the same time. Just click on your avatar>My Profile>Private Stats.

@Bernard88 For find the email address used in My Account, Use the Forgot password link https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
Enter any possible email you could have used. Once you got the correct one , it will bring you to step 2 of the Reset Password. You can continue on if you really want to reset the password
If you are still unable to figure it out, open a ticket with PM Support

Highly likely it could be that you used same email for PM account and Community. Go to My Settings and see if that was email you used for your account.

@Bernard88 Did you use the same email as in this forum? You can see it if you click on your « picture » avatar on this page up front right. And click on SETTINGS.

All you can do is look in all your possible inboxes for the welcome email. That address would be the one. Or even possibly some marketing emails that you may have received. If no one has any other ideas then I think you would need to contact the CSA's.
