Forgot Referral Code

Is there anyway to put in a referral code after you’ve already started a subscription? I just got onto public mobile when it wa suggested to me by a friend and i missed where i could put the referral code in. Getting $10 credit + giving him a $1/month discount is very nice

Ask the person whose referral code you are using to have them copy it directly from their self serve account page and send it to you electronically.

Then you should also copy that code and paste it into the private message field when the customer support agent asks for it.

 Doing it this way will prevent any misinterpretations between zeros and O’s and 1’s and I’s. 

Trust us, it happens 😉

You'll need to open a ticket to ask a customer support agent. Please remember that there are no guarantees as this code did need to be entered during activation.  Chatbot is used to open tickets:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

HI @Gabriel6   yes, you can.  Agent will likely able to  help if you just forgot to put it.   Please submit a ticket to CS agent at   https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
