Find my account number

I already have a prepaid plan and I don't have account . I tried to create new account but I can't link my phone number to the account.

How I can find my account number

@Ibraheem79, you should have the PM app on your phone, if you go into it and on the first screen select Manage Subscription, you should see your account number near the top

@Ibraheem79  are you referring to the public mobile account number? Once you login,  click on Profile. Manage Eversafe ID.  The account number is there. Click on the eye to see the full account number.

when did you open the account?  If you have PM service, you should have a My Account setup.  Please work with support to get the access back and ask for account number.  You can  Private message CS Agent at:
