Feb 2gb bonus for 8 months promo, not receiving promo code by email

I have been submitting my email address numerous times and still no promo code emailed to me. Anyone experience the same thing?

the Christmas bonus from 2020 and 2019 in fact require customers to login to My Account and buy the free add-on.  Some customers missed the email and didn't make the "no cost" purchase and missed the offer.

 

No worry, you got the 2021 bonus and make sure you keep an eye for the next one ,  it's only 11 months away  🙂

Prior to the 2gb free bonus i just got i dont think I received any of the free Xmas bonuses about and all the free extra gb bonuses in all honesty.

The Lunar New Year promo for the 2gb for 8 months is for new PM customers only not for existing customers. That is probably why you didn’t get the promo code.

Did you get all these gifts over the years? Pretty good retention. Do other providers give away their products?

Lol...seeing as we are just customers nothing. But pm doesn't offer retention bonuses they offer rewards but only for customers before January 25th 2022. New customers only get the less rewarding points redemption program. You are currently getting a minimum $5 off per month with another $2 in loyalty rewards to come....which plan are you on? Maybe one of the current in market plans would better suit your needs?

Yah the one shot 2gb bonus is nothing. Its min 4yrs im customer. Now before I decide to jump ship what are your goin to offer in extra data for free to keep me as a customer?

 @dariovitale : You should still have received the promo code email though. You just can't use it as mentioned. Did you check all the junk and spam folders of the inbox you sent it to?

Website can be glitchy.  You can maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  The resubmit your email address.  If that does not work, you could try a different email address.  

Sorry @dariovitale   the 2GBBonus or the Lunar New Year promos are both for NEW Activation only and not for current users.

 

There is no freebies for existing subscribers  for now

 

Were you with PM in December? you should have got the Holiday bonus for one time 2GB and 500 Long Distance minutes.   That was the last freebies for existing customers

I already have a $30 2gb plan so how do I apply the promo code and bonus 2gb for 8 months to my current plan?

@dariovitale   are you trying to get the promo code for the 2GB extra bonus every month?  the code is 2GBBonus.  However, I am not sure if this is still on as there is another promotion going on , but just 2GB for 8 months.  It is the Lunar New Year promotion:
