I was checking my MasterCard Statement for November 2023.
I found a charge from your Vancouver office on Nov. 6, 2023 for $16.95 for my account [Account ############## ].
I found a receipt for this in my payment records in my account. This is fine.
I also found two additional charges from the Vancouver office on Nov. 9, 2023 for the same $16.95.
Please account for these two extra charges totaling $33.90 as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Kathleen Curtis

In this case it was indicated that it was in November. This would no longer be pending charges. Credit card companies have max 30 days to post charges to statement. The statement had long since printed, probably 2 statements by now.

This is a public forum so please edit out your personal information or you will get spammed. Click on V in circle top right.
Please also note that any extra charges will remain in your account as a credit to pay for future bills.
You can ask for a refund but it will take up to 30 days to process…time for your next bill payment.

HI @Kay141
it could be just a pending charge. Some credit cards take long to drop the pending charge
if it is a real posted charge, then please check with support agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

Hi @Kay141 , We're all customers like you so can't help look at your account unfortunately. If these charges are from Nov, I'd contact the CS Agent at this link and have them look into it. Could you have other PM accounts using your credit card? If not, definitely have them check it. You can reach them here,
