I had issues adding my credit card to my account and contacted my banking agency. They said I am required to add my apartment number to my postal code when adding my card to my account. However, when adding a new credit card, the postal code only allows 6 characters to be added so I cannot add the whole code and therefore cannot add the right card. Is there a manual way to input this card?

@finntuck Yes there is issues with updating payment card please submit ticket with support to confirm . You can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 to resume service

@finntuck What your bank told you doesn't make sense to me. A postal code is a postal code, not postcal code & apt number. What error do you get when adding CC for payment?

hi @finntuck for apartment number, you don't add it on the postal code field
adding apartment number to address field in Profile page, click on the pencil besides the name, then you can update address, it should be int he format
2345 - 110 ABC street,
let the auto lookup to complete the address for you
but honest, PM does not send address to credit card to post payment,
