Hello, I want to port out to Freedom
I gave them all my account details correctly. When they tried to port, they said my account was inactive at Public Mobile. Please help me and look into my account and why it is inactive?

@philelmo1 When was your last payment for your Public Mobile account, could it have gone into suspension? The only people who can look at your account are PM customer service, you can contact them by private message at this link, explain the problem and then send the message

yes, account must be active to port out the number
please check if you have service with PM
or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from any phone and check if your account is active
if you need the phone number and account is suspended, please make a payment to resume service so you can port. You can change the plan to $15 first and resume, that will hopefully lower the cost
