Hello there
There seem problem today
I can't not pay as amount due even the click is not working .
There is a problem with login like ( oops , logout and login back , there something wrong )
Today is payment February 28 ( Make a payment to reactive your current plan )
I don't need to change the plan or add on.

yes . i don't talk on phone . and no i check at web store so they don't have it ,
I know about that and not every stores has it where i live . not going to go out to get then back home just for that .
Anyway i will wait for new card . thank again/

Hi @8bAd8 You try calling any shoppers drug mart close to you? they are best in terms of this voucher and they should be experience in selling these vouchers. Many members here got the voucher from SDM
There are other online voucher service like recharge.com. i am not sure if you want to try those.
(cannot use recharge.com, it needs credit card, silly me )

Yes i do know about what not to purchased from unknow store . it just happen some one did it , i haven;t shop on like for awhile and i don't know how they get into my card . this was new card , never happen to me before /

When you get new card you will have to update it through self-serving PM account in order for autopay to work (if you use it).
Suspicious activity could be not only attempted unauthorized CC use but even unusual legitimate purchase. For example if you never purchased anything from alibaba or amazon or software through web page.

HI @8bAd8 Do you have Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Shell, Loblaws, London Drugs in your area? they should all have voucher
In fact if you have Canadian Tire gas station around, they can even do an instant top up (with $1 fee) for you

Yes i did talk with bank and they told me something about it so they will send me new one as soon ( maybe today)
Good thing it block from someone using my card /
I did try to find vouchers around here but they don't have it at all and the bank asking me if i can talk here to open ( while when i get visa ) is there a way if open now and pay as soon i can , the reason i need phone is they will call me with text ( because i am deaf ) ?

Good and Bad. Happy you found out the reason, but bad that it is a bank suspicious activity issue. It could be a bigger issue then. I hope it is just a false alarm.
If you cannot resolve it quickly, you will have to try putting in another card or pay with voucher, especially if your account is up for renewal soon.
If your bank account really get compromised, remember to change your password everywhere, bank, email, PM's. Also, best is to use two-form authentication.

May be suspicious activity of too many attempts to charge your card from PM as you were trying too many times in short span of time.

HUh...you said you used Amount due. ??
You can also buy vouchers in many stores or online and choose voucher as the payment method. Or you can use the instant top-up method in a few stores.
But try all those browser suggestions earlier.

@8bAd8 : Excellent that you're reading things. So when you try again, don't use the Amount due option. It seems to be buggy. Use the Other option in that drop down box.

@8bAd8 : Try the Other option in the Payment type drop down. Get your balance up to your plan cost and it should reactivate.

Did you try different browser?
Do you have problem with Internet or just PM is creating you headache. Asking as in my area Internet was off/on few times...
You can pay calling 611 if site is unresponsive.
Activate autopay...
