I had problem at payment

i am a new customer looking to pay for the plan but it keep saying failure in payment no matter what card I used.

Hey @leduytoan 

There's a very good chance your credit card and postal code don't match. You may wish to confirm with the credit card company what postal code they have on file.

EDIT, if you just moved in the last few months, try using your previous postal code. Another side note, sometimes the website doesn't recognize some postal codes. If that is the case, you can use your work address instead if you wanted. Addresses here really don't matter since it's prepaid. You MAY need to clear your cache on the app if you're using Android or delete the app and reinstall it on iPhone. When you sign back in, you'll just continue where you left off. Public Mobile apps and website are known for bad cache problems.
