I recently signed up and ordered a SIM card and it has not arrived. My current plan is due Monday for payment and I wish to pot over to Public before then. Is it possible to get an eSIM now? I didn’t think my phone had that capacity but it does otherwise I would have opted for that right away.

Hello @JFL67
To change it over to an eSIM, if your phone is eSIM compatible, you have to reach out to a CS Agent to change that option. Here's how.
You can submit ticket by direct message:

A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

However,
To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
