I am trying to active my Sim but I keep getting the error Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method. I've tried with multiple cards and made a separate public mobile account, and used a separate browser but I can't get it to accept my payment.

@ADiaz Be sure to clear web browser cache and cookies try again incognito private mode or from a different device . Even uninstall app and reinstall it . Also note I just today I had to update the APP . Thou it’s new it’s been getting updates . Hope some of this helps

Hi I have been trying for 3 separate days now a couple times a day with over an hour in between each attempt. I've tried different cards and logged into online banking to confirm the address of each card I tried, I have tried it with the app and on my PC but I'm still having the same issue.

@ADiaz please wait a full hour before trying again
Try to download the app and activate via there. The activation needs to complete with the app anyway
Also, try a different credit card, if possible
make sure address and postal code matche
