Account log in - Forgot email - out of country - I have only data - I have a payment voucher to top

Hi,

Months ago my credit card  expired and I could not log on, forgot email & password. Then the email is now one I cannot access (old work address). I have been using vouchers and now out of country and only have data and top up has expired.

I end help logging on and entering new voucher.

Reach out to a CS Agent who will assist you in resetting your account. Once you're logged into your account, you can add your voucher via this link to continue.

you can download VoIP app TextNow, it gives you a 10 digit phone numbe rand allow you to call back any Canadian/US number for free

then you can call 1-855-4PUBLIC using Textnow, enter your phone number and you can then load the voucher that way
