Hello I just setup a new phone and I put the sim card into the phone but it says it's emergency calls only. I can't seem to be able to get it to go

Did you port your old number over to PM on your subscription or did you pick a new number?
If you ported over, you need to reply to the text with YES confirming to your old carrier you are porting out.

You will have to log into public mobile and register the SIM card

@HavocDragon1 try to reseat your sim card and check one more time
but likely it is just a sim card provisioning issue. Easy fix for PM support and you just need to engage them via messaging them here:

You're going to laugh but... reboot your phone. Then if you need to, go into settings to Network Selection and pick PM.
