I just joined and transferred my number from rogers to Public mobile yesterday. Only able to make outgoing calls , not able to receive calls, messages and not able to send messages or activate imessages. Please help. Thank you.

issue resolved : went to rogers store- installed existing esim- reinitiated transfer number service from public mobile app-received port request- replied yes- successfully ported to public mobile within 30 mins.
there should be clear instructions in public mobile app for porting … app asked me to remove esim without getting port sms. Strange. Lot of people might be facing this issue.

That's the problem ! Contact Customer service and they will give you a number to call and speak with a porting agent.

@orionvaltari call Roger’s and see if they will verbally approve the request first then call the number I sent you

I followed all steps for eSIM .. so i think when installing eSIM for Public mobile.. it asked me to delete my original Rogers eSIM AND THATS why i didn’t receive port sms because public mobile app asked me to delete my primary esim . Now how to resolve this.

@orionvaltari sounds like your porting did not go through, did you respond Yes within 90 minutes to your old providers text to confirm porting? and have you been able to confirm that the old SIM is no longer working? You may need to try the port request again through the PM app
