When I activated my account I made a mistake putting in my dad's email address but now I want to change it to my email address instead. How do you do this I don't see any options in my account?

Just thought I'd update everyone I got my email changed and my password reset afterwards. Thanks for all your help.

@Coco_4_coconuts Yes, you just need both emails to be same to receive any Community rewards by participating here.

Thank you. We created this community account with my email the one we're going to use to change to on my self-serve account. Is that the right way to do it?

@Coco_4_coconuts Just to add to what's already been said, once you've got your email changed for the self serve account, make sure to also update the email address in your Community account to the same email, which can be done by clicking your avatar and selecting My Settings, to receive any community rewards if eligible.

you need to contact customer service agent
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
type request email change
2. alternatively you can private message them here
