hi! I made an account 5 years ago but I can’t remember the email i put and now I really need to log in because my card that I was paying with got expired so they canceled my subscription and I really need to renew it

There is also the online option of Muskbird.com. They sell vouchers and instant top ups (Choose Public Mobile -RTR). Instant top ups o lyrics require you to imput your provider (PM) and your phone # and the funds are added instantly to your account t and automatically reactivate your account and plan. Paying via e- transfer is cheapest incurring only a 0.03% surcharge (3 cents per $10).

if you're in a hurry to get up and running again...get to Shell Gas, London Drug, Walmart or other retail outlets and buy sufficient payment vouchers to cover your plan renewal costs. Dial 611 to add those vouchers to your account and resume service. Deal with new credit card info at your leisure.

Hello @Lisa11234 

If you created an account 5 years ago, you may need to sign back up with a new account. Things changed a while back and a new secure system was put in its place. If you do reach a CS Agent, I am confident they will tell you to start a new account/profile.
