No phone service - how to get real help with support?

I got no phone and data service today, I thought it was because of the plan so I proceed to upgrade to a 5G plan but still no service.  I restart my phone few times, put my SIM in a few times to no avail. 

It's a nightmare to get support here.  I can't seem to find anywhere I can get real support.  What is the username for real support? 

Does PM still have real support people on this board?  The chatbot put me through an AI bot when all the 'can' answers didn't help, AI didn't help neither for obvious reason.

Ended up I need to reset my network setting. It's all working out now.

@Lanky1   What phone do you have?  There may be issues with certain phones that don't have the 3G bands needed going forward.

I hope I can get a reply soon.  No I have no second phone to try my sim, not until tonight anyway. I am surviving with public wifi here and there for today.  It's a huge inconvenient.

I used to be able to get a live human a lot of the time by asking the chatbot for a customer service agent, but lately I just get the "Submit a ticket", no human. I have had some luck with that in the past, but not this time either because apparently you have to respond to their responses within 24 hours or they kill the request. News to me - so now I start all over again!
Some of the reviews warned about service before I signed up, but before I was a customer, I had really good customer service through the online live chat, so I didn't worry about it. Now I don't know if I'll be recommending them to anyone else.
