I switched from esim with public mobile to PC mobile sim card and it completely ruined my phone, no one knows what the issue is and now I have to send it back to Samsung. My s24 ultra now doesn't recognize any other sim card, what is going on?!?!.
On top of that, I can't find a reliable way to ask someone to verify if somehow my phone is locked to esim

PC Mobile saw no issues on their side, I am currently using the second PM account I made for the $19 plan.

Problems:
1. No in-bound calling, no out/in text.
2. Can't respond to port request text.
3. Can't register for any text features because now I am locked out of google RSC because I ported twice in 4 days.
This is a nightmare, 2 step verification and esim are 2 things that I will never ever use again.

I subcribed to another PM line, ported my number back. Never got the test because I didn't realize that my SMS wasn't working... So now I can only make calls and I can't do anyting else or access anythign that requires 2step.

Did you delete the PM eSIM card from your settings once you switched to PC mobile service?
Did you try a network reset of phone? Factory reset of phone?
As mentioned, PM does not lock phones or eSIMs

@Joey_ Since you changed providers to PC Mobile, what have they suggested? Was the phone brand new? Public Mobile doesn't lock phones or esims.
