E Sim Issue

I have an iPhone 14, I reset my iPhone, I no longer have access to my e-sim, I cannot login to my apple id cause I cannot get an OTP, I also can't download the public app because I can't login to my apple id. I do not have my activation email, so no e-sim qr code.

 

The ticket site doesn't work:

What do I do?

Apologies if I sound disrespectful, I am just a little agitated over what should be a simple problem to solve with other phone providers, but I guess, no good services when I don't pay that much

hi @AnsonGW 

with the limitation of the current eSIM system and your trouble in accessing PM account and Apple's , I guess you really have to find a friend, family, coworker that can help you with the physical sim.  Gain you access to Apple and PM first, so you can download the eSIM on your phone

Since my phone can't hold a physical sim, the agent asked I get a phone that can hold a physical sim, no one around me has a phone that can do that, like what am I even supposed to do?

that's the results of doing a network reset...you lose saved passwords. Do you have the password to apple written down somewhere ?

can you still download the PM app on the phone to rebuy eSIM? 

if you can, and if you have your voicemail PIN , you can have the OTP sent to voicemail.  Click Didn't Receive Code or Resend Code and click Send Voice Message.  Then call yourself from another phone and retrieve the OTP that way.  

if you can't, then you will need to ask PM support agent to help.  I see you already tried open ticket by Chatbot, but in your case, you will need to submit  ticket by direct message:
