Hi. I need to cancel the eSIM that I requested for a physical sim because I will not be able to download the app for a period of time. Unless there is a different way of getting the eSIM activated, I’ll need a physical sim or cancel my subscription.

If you already paid for eSIM I doubt you will be able to get refund (or cancel order) or exchange for physical SIM.
Ask agent for details but be ready to pay twice...

First, buy a PM physical sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store or from Amazon. Then message PM and ask them to update the sim card number
