As title indicated, do i still need to open a ticket if i already message CS_Agents? Just want to follow proper steps so any help is appreciated.

Check your inbox to see if CS_Agent respond, they are swamped with request as my communications with them was like 4-5 hrs apart between each reply. I do have a few agents name that was helping me that i can PM you if needed

Just hope 1st agent resolves issue
I dont know why but for some reason if 1st agent is wrong or cant fix they will revalidate multiple times for some strange reason

TICKET is preferable way to ask for assistance BUT if ticketing does not work you have to send private message to agent.
