How to do to log in my account if I get message that email adress and password do not match

Thank you! I just messaged a support agent. No I used a different email adress for each account

@elsa21 reach out to a support agent to help you sort things out, hopefully you didn't try using an email address for more than one account in Public Mobile as this will really mess things up. The link below will allow you to send a private message to a support agent:

Assuming that both were typed correctly, please use the password reset option.
