Do US roaming minutes count against normal plan minutes

With US roaming plan for talk $8/10 days, do the minutes I talk while roaming count against my plan minutes?

No, your roaming add-on is separate from your plan minutes.

Your plan minutes won't be deducted.

Roaming minutes only work outside Canada.

Remember that Public Mobile has fixed an issue with texts that were showing up delayed after returning from the US.

No your roaming add-on is completely separate from your plan minutes and no plan minutes will be deducted when you are in the US.

Edit:  @turky  Just keep in mind that the clock starts immediately when purchasing the US roaming so it's best to purchase it just before you are ready to leave.  You have 10 x 24 hours from purchasing time before it expires.
