I don't see anywhere that the actual amount billed for the previous month is shown. Payment history is a bit confusing

With US roaming plan for talk $8/10 days, do the minutes I talk while roaming count against my plan minutes?

If I take my phone across the border to the US without a roaming plan, what will happen? If I try to make a call what happens. What about texts? Can I order roaming from the US?

@gblackma The left column shows Credits (Payments) of $14. The middle column shows Debits of $15.$15-$14 =$1
