I recently subscribed to a 3 month plan, but didn’t get the points.
I already submitted a ticket, I’m just curious to know if it’s the system that does it or someone.

Ok thanks! I assume there was a bug or something then, it’s been like a week or something like that.

You'll get your points once per month usually the day of or the day after your billing cycle, this included friend referral credits.
I always have to wait a few hours to a day to see my Points updated after a bill is processed. I assume it's a system doing all the work.

@Kicks yes automatically you will get your points 1x points every 30 days and on day 90 have 3x points rewards in your reward portal and once you have 15 points you can redeem it for $15 off your bill
