My phone cannot connect to a public mobile network, the network is unavailable what should I do.

@Andon Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . Or if possible try SIM card in another phone . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help

try reboot the phone, try pull the sim card and reinsert
Try Reset network settings
and check if phone is blacklisted: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/
and test the sim in another phone
