Can we get more details on which promo discount you are referring to?

@Tch5   what kind of promo?

 

If it is the special Friend referral discount ($5 x 5 months), depends on when you joined, they will start usually the first week of the month after

if it is the regular $10 friend referral charge, they will deposit into your account within 72 hours

 

if it is other kind of promo, did you put in the promo code?

 

Of course, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if it was entered correctly:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
