Your daily usage logs go back 30 days if you need farther back then that I believe customer support can access 90 days but you would have to ask them to confirm. You can private message @LurganIeUk and ask if his excel program will work for you to print out your daily usage logs.
To contact customer support click below:

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

Call logs on the phone itself may not display all the history if you set certain time period for "Do Not disturb". The call history during this period may disappear on some phones.
If phone is off line, turned off, airplane mode is on, all calls will go into voice mail with no history recorded.

You can see all your incoming/outgoing calls through self-serving account.
System is not exactly friendly as you can see max 15 lines so you will have to scroll through pages. And there is no option to export usage into pdf or similar file.
That option might be available to CSA but you will complete this process with copy/paste into doc than to wait for their response.
Be aware that numbers 'calling' you are most likely spoofed unless single number is calling you all the time.

You can get it from My Account - Usage History (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/call-history/)
just filter out the date range you want and copy and past each page to Excel
DO NOT trust the sorting there It look sorted and they group some of them together. But if you go through each page, you will find more entries not sorted. So, do not trust the sort, just go through each page

Just login to your Self Serve account and View My Usage and print it out.
