Deleted my ESim by accident

Hi guys so i just got a new plan with public mobile. They sent me a qr code to activate the esim. I activated it but when i wanted to log in into my account they sent a verification code. The phone told me that i need to go to the settings to add my number. I tried several time but the number didnt want to be saved. By accident i deleted the esim and now i dont have no way to contact the customer service what do i do?

Cant submit a ticket because they tell me to log in and i dont have my number for phone verification

You will need to purchase a new eSIM for that mistake.

Two ways of contacting a CS_Agent:

- Click on The Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket. This is the quickest way.

- Click on your avatar top right then Message and pm a CS_Agent. Slower way.

Explain your mistake and an agent might just waive the eSIM fee.
