Hello-I have 2.7 GB Bonus data , yet every time I attempt to use data I am unable to....I am not particularly computer savvy so I don't know what I am doing wrong.....

When logged into your self-serve account, try tapping those little refresher icons which will provide you with an updated version of the self-serve page information.
Also, I presume all your other calling features work, as in calling and SMS both in and out?
Just make sure your mobile data switch is toggled on and you don't have any data limiter options set in your device (go under settings, then cellular tab) which would disable data after a certain preset limit has been reached.

What make and model phone do you have so we can help you step by step?
Is the Data Roaming enabled in the settings of your phone?

Does the regular data that comes with your core plan work fine? It's just the bonus data that doesn't work? That may imply that you've actually used the bonus data. Have you signed into your account from a private browser window to see if you have any of the bonus data remaining?
