Hi I have been getting double billed since November can anyone help? Is has been recommended to file a claim with CRTC

Can you post a screenshot of these charges on your credit card which have occurred every month? (masking otherwise personal information, of course)
When you activated here, did it go smoothly or did you have to retry the process two days after initially trying?

On my credit card statement I see two different charges 2 days apart.

Where are you seeing the double charge?
On your CC or on your account?
If it is on your login account, check in the Payment History section. There will be a note of your current Plan subscription (non-charge) and a Top-Up (charge for current plan).
If it is on your CC statement, check to see if the charge is a Pending status (non-charge yet) or posted status (charge).
