@kevineelillian if you are on Android phone, make sure you don't have data limit enabled. If you did, you need to disable it

@kevineelillian - just making sure your plan is in Active status now? Because addons only work on Active public mobile accounts.
If Active and correct addons is showing in your account, try toggling into and out of airplane mode.
Also, perhaps a reset of the device's network settings may help if still issues.

and check My Account again to make sure you did buy it and not just fund loaded into Available fund

@kevineelillian So you purchased a data add-on and it doesn't work? Try rebooting the phone first and make sure data is enabled on your phone and you have the correct APN settings.
You might also want to check that you didn't purchase roaming data package(only good for travel in the US) instead of the domestic data add-on.
