I have a plan with 60 GB data at 5G speed. I was notified that I have used 45.63 GB data, but when I check detailed history, it is about 10GB in total. Have you seen the similar thing?

Did you check your Phones usage history OR PM's usage history???
PM has correct values. If you keep your data on all the time, data will leak as all those app you have just LOVE to keep 'up to date' with the world.
Check again data usage on PM site, refresh page and status; PM apparently refreshes data usage twice a day (unless PM changed that).

Plan data allotments on self serve is correct @KindSword
You can tap the little refresher, circular icons to get an up-to-date status of data and other metrics.
